Position:
Customer Support Engineer (CS/20200101-CE)
Responsibilities:
- Provide end user with IT supports, including setup and deployment of software and hardware devices.
- Provide maintenance of various Operating Systems (e.g. Microsoft Windows, Mac OS).
- Solving end user technical issues or queries.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines. Additional relevant experience may compensate for the lack of a degree.
- Experience in IT related customer service position.
- Experience in the assembly and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
- Knowledge of networking technologies.
- Practical experience in MS Windows Server, Linux environment, MS SQL, MySQL, networking & end user support.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
